postheadericon PS Vita's built-in Twitter app shown off in Hong Kong, we go hands-on (video)

Here's a little souvenir for Twitter addicts looking for the next Vita PS: the debut event in Hong Kong today, we see said console application integrated Twitter into action for the first time, and we were lucky to get both unique home with the Sony. As you can see in the video after the jump, the overall design is in line with the standard identification Twitter: the same shade of blue chips common in the left column, the elastic displacement on site time, and support for tags geotagging, image hash attached, while Twitter. No surprises here, but hey, the application has worked well for us.

said, we said that the request had not been completed, and Sony could not yet confirm that this - along with other dedicated applications such as Skype, Facebook and Foursquare - be ready for download at the time of Vita launches in Hong Kong on December 23 (just before the Japanese release 17). In case you were wondering, the Vita will cost HK $ 2.280 ($ 290) for the Wi-Fi version and HK $ 2,780 (U.S. $ 360) for the 3G flavor, both non-subsidized, but less than their Japanese counterparts. Of course, since the console is not region locked, please go do some shopping in Hong Kong later - just to save something for the people, right?
