far we have met with NVIDIA Tegra 3 (also known as Kal-El) tablets reference and demos but here we finally see a real product development at PT / Expo Comm China. It is a 7-inch slate ZTE called T98, apparently running Quad-heart at 1.5 GHz to 1.3 GHz underclocked slightly, down 3.2 Android, a 1280x800 display, 1GB of RAM, 16 GB storage, a 2MP camera and 5MP cut back first. The body of 11.5 mm thick, also has a 3G modem and a 4000mAh battery, you will not see a day easily feed this beast. No word on price or final release date yet, but click on past the break for a reverse.
