HTC 's Chief Financial Officer Winston Yung seems to be willing to make a deal with market rival and nemesis Apple to the patent. The Taiwanese company has had some pretty harsh words for the Cupertino crew, and it hasn 't seemed more conciliatory, after she slapped by the ITC. That may soon change, as Yung said Bloomberg, "we [Apple and HTC] have to sit down and figure it out." He went on to say that the house that was built Sense open to discussions with Jobs and Co. . but did not dare to guess what might look like a final agreement. We just hope the two of them it can work quickly - every penny dispute over patents means less money for the actual development of products.
