postheadericon Iranian Filmmaker Banned From Filmmaking... Makes Documentary Via His iPhone About His Plight

Little more than a year, I asked how long it would be until we had an entire movie, according to professional quality shot entirely with smartphones. These are not fully qualified, but it is very interesting. Ross Pruden points our attention to the history of It's not a movie , documentary filmmaker Jafar Panahi Iran highly respected. The story behind this film is crazy. Basically, Panahi was arrested and sentenced to six years in prison, while
for 20 years. Although he appealed the judgment, which apparently was able to stay in his apartment in Tehran under house arrest ... and decided to document his life was devoted to the situation in the filming, often using iPhones to capture scenes (but not all). Throughout the news coverage of this film, I have not seen anything about how the Iranian government has responded to this film, you should know about now.
