First, it is assumed ridiculously bad that "copyright industries" are only because of copyright . It is, using the size numbers suggest that the strengthening of copyright is required. However, this is ridiculous. They have no evidence that the industries of all sizes to be different, if the copyright laws are weaker or more heavy. Simply present this as the obvious implication. Moreover, his definition of what constitutes "copyright industries" is incredibly broad, and tends to include a large number of operations that do not really want stricter laws Copyright to all. It gets even worse if you look in the current report, which shows the industry in question done extremely well is a very small movement when our leaders in Congress and then take the points that are simply not compatible with the need for copyright in any way ... more and then used to support these policies. Each year, of course, the ICAC released a report showing that if this is how it will calculate "copyright industries", which is just using the same methodology for calculating the industries that are built from "exceptions to copyright," which turns out to be much larger than "copyright industries".
