postheadericon There's little sign of intelligent life on Twitter, never mind over Los Angeles | David Mitchell

Twitter reaction of Victoria Beckham on a UFO flying over his house was maddeningly obtuse

last weekend I felt sorry for Victoria Beckham. Just for a moment I felt like I was there. This is not a feeling I often feel that it is concerned. We have very different lives, I suppose. I've never been in a band of young girl, she was never

Sorry, I have no idea

. She designs her own clothes, only my own washing. She is married to David Beckham, I am not. (I've already finished the facts about Victoria Beckham.) Anyway, we are different people.

One of the few things we have in common, apart from endoskeletons is on Twitter. Last weekend I read an article entitled "The aliens are coming, Posh tweets crazy," which was approved by the reaction contemptuous of your Twitter Twittersphere "UFO hovering over our house last night! !! "With a photo of what most people would agree is a full moon.

"Dear God, what an idiot!" Is the tone of the article. Tweeter is quoted as saying: "Does anyone want to say that" UFO "Victoria Beckham is the moon" Now there are a sentence full of arrogant contempt. I can only imagine what is said in the voice of a real estate agent, followed by "What do you drive now?" I searched and found a tweet from @ Smudge1208 was a "Girls Aloud and big fan of Formula One . "(I've heard of Formula One, but I'm not familiar with the work of huge girls aloud.)

I found many similar responses. Heat, "Only a full moon Vic !!...... x" through the question: "Victoria, I think the Moon", beyond the patronizing, "never seen befor moon" [sic] and mockery, "thought the moon was a UFO is the funniest thing ever # sillycow" the slightly off-message: "You dirty whore David does not like you" [sic (k)].

had a field day at his expense. Many of them, I am sure, thought they were very intelligent. But they all were too stupid to realize that Victoria Beckham was obviously a joke. She does not believe that the image of the moon as it really was a flying saucer. She just thought it would be fun to say. I'm not necessarily agree with it, but I understand the instinct of frivolity. And grace, although probably a joke, is not easily confused with a serious statement.

I often experienced this kind of stupidity on Twitter. Aside from the constant flow of people when I say that I wrote in Observer

, look right to me, in fact, is the

column this week is about to get my aversion to anything. So it's a miracle that I wrote a column. "Not funny, I know. But I hope you can detect the attempted humor. Someone responded with the following comment:" oxymoron right? "I almost cried. I prefer when they call me c * **. I mean, no, this is not strictly an oxymoron, but basically, the point was made that very clear to me.

What
baffles, angers and depresses me is that every haughty response from Twitter Beckham is the product of an independent person through the same series of terrible pieces of reasoning, at any stage could have given up his stupid comments.

Victoria Beckham not a great reputation as an intellectual. She did not find, as we can get something that is really like, as the largest knife in the drawer. This led some to assume that it is intelligent, but I think it is unlikely. There is much to suggest otherwise: his career rather broadly, the continued success, wealth and the circle of friends around implies that at least moderately high heat. The fact that she looks so serious in the pictures is more likely to be because he thinks it's an expression that flatters her face because she is really consumed with solemnity confused ideas. But even if you think you are a little dark, there is no evidence that she is so mentally subnormal to confuse the moon in a spaceship. Thinking it might be wrong is the first conclusion of this series of boneheadedness.
