postheadericon Ron Paul Comes Out Against SOPA; Joins Other Elected Officials Saying No To The Great Firewall Of America

Seems more and more members of the House realize how much soup. Issa join the Congress and Bachmann, who had spoken earlier of the soup, a group of ten members of the House signed a letter opposing soup. The letter was organized by Rep. Anna Eshoo, Democratic leader in telecommunications and technology - but the commission did not participate in the drafting of this bill for reasons that only make sense if the goal Bill to regulate the Internet without the contribution of the industry it regulates.

The letter the same points that many of us have asked about the soup. It is too large, does not need to attack the problem you are trying to address, and generates an enormous responsibility for the Internet and technology - one of the few growing sectors today, and contributed significantly to economic growth over the past decade. Basically it makes the simple idea: to put down the IT industry more and more to appease a Hollywood that refuses to adapt, there is no way to go about managing the economy.

Among those who signed the letter are Ron Paul, showing that it is still Internet-savvy and recognizes that Internet regulation is a bad idea, bad. Others who signed include Jared Polis Congress Mike Doyle (the man who brought Girl Talk in Congress), Doris Matsui, Mike Thompson, Lloyd Doggett, Mike Honda, Zoe Lofgren and George Miller (who was an opponent of Attempts to stifle innovation from day one). Often speak of politicians who represent the best interests of the public, but it's great to see more officers, elected officials recognize that it is a gross too far SOUP few large companies who do not adapt to a changing market . Congratulations to members of Congress here to take a stand and protect jobs and innovation
