Zuckerberg 'wouldn't choose Silicon Valley now'
"Silicon Valley is a little short-term focused and that bothers me," says the founder of social networking site
Mark Zuckerberg knows this time next year, Facebook is a public company, or prepare for a successful public offering.
In an interview this weekend, the founder of 27 years, social networking spoke openly about the culture, commitment and clingers-the most popular in Silicon Valley.
more interesting, Zuckerberg said that they have overlooked the valley of the student if 21 years of age, Harvard, Facebook tomorrow. "If I now want to do things very differently," said Livingstone Y Combinator partner Jessica in an interview.
"I knew nothing. In Silicon Valley, you feel that you have to be here. But it is the only place to be. If I was from now on, I would have stayed in Boston. [Silicon Valley] is a little short-term focused and that bothers me. "

- Valley, Zuckerberg rejected the portrait of the social network itself as a den full of alcohol and partying Californians attractive, but added that Facebook was only a few months to feel like a proper business.
It seems that the next 12 months, so that Mark Zuckerberg is going to be a specific form of hell. Before the end of this year, the company will move the entire operation of Palo Alto - currently divided into two offices, one for developers and for the types of companies - a huge campus in nearby Menlo Park. In April, Facebook will be forced by regulators to report its first set of financial statements, and in a few months Zuckerberg was trying to sell the company to Wall Street. And if the reports are accurate, Facebook will be released with a value of $ 70 billion by the end of 2012. It's a big change in the company.

What about it? "If you go through major changes in societies, not only will you be the same," said Livingstone, referring to Yahoo rejected the offer in 2006. "If we sold to Yahoo, he could do something different, or not to continue with his vision of the company, so do not sell because it will inevitably be a change. "
