TweetDeck Ltd. British company, which was acquired by Twitter so they can take control of the application of multiple columns to see the social networking site, will soon cease to exist as independent entity, then moved to Companies House to strike his record.

But the application itself will continue through Twitter itself, which now owns the intellectual property and employ staff who worked on the product.

TweetDeck, the company became one of the iconic names of the new growth of the technology industry in the UK focused on social media sites around Old Street in London - an area later nicknamed Silicon Roundabout

following a legal disclaimer at the beginning of companies, which regulates the activities of all companies registered in the United Kingdom that TweetDeck could be disqualified for failing to submit the accounts of the year ending March 2011.



TweetDeck, created in 2008 by Iain Dodsworth, was acquired in May 2011 by a rumor Twitter 40 million, apparently to head competition potential sellers of online advertising.
